Set of 3

Care: Best washed in cool water with mild detergent. Wash with like colours. Tumble dry on LOW heat. Because muslin is a natural fibre, no two batches of fabric have the same "crinkle pattern". Some batches crinkle up more than others after washing. Drying flat or hanging to dry is recommended for any colour that tends to wrinkle up more.

Shipping Fail

I had a frustrating experience with this business. I paid extra for expedited shipping because their website promised next-day delivery, but the delivery took 5 days instead. I made the decision to pay for expedited shipping based on their claims.
The fact that the staff didn’t take responsibility right away and instead deflected by explaining how Canada Post works showed a lack of accountability on their part. While they tried to justify the delay, the owner's eventual acknowledgment of the misleading information was a step in the right direction, though she still didn't offer a sincere apology.
I was misled by their website, the delay impacted me, and they failed to offer an adequate solution. Eventually, I was reimbursed the expedited fee. (More a principle). It's frustrating when businesses don’t handle complaints quickly and fairly.
