Echinacea has long been used to ward off coughs, colds and flu, with mixed results. This beautiful plant is not intended to be used as a daily tonic, but rather in short bursts at the first sign of infection. It is an immune stimulant and works incredibly well in that regard.
*This also means it is NOT recommended for those with moderate to severer auto-immune conditions because it can overstimulate an already stimulated immune system, possibly eliciting a flair up specific to their condition.

Ginger is an immune system toner, anti-viral, a digestive aid and anti-inflammatory
Cinnamon, Clove and Cardamom are all anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-fungal and help improve digestion to rid the body of toxins more easily while improving nutrient absorption.
Raw Honey is antiviral, anti-inflammatory and soothes the throat.
USE: Adults take 15-30 drops, 3x/day at first sign of infection. Use for 3-5 days.
