These Electuaries (or herbed honeys) are a delicious and easy way to get the all the benefits of herbs! They are packed with powdered herbs and with local, unpasteurized honey. Electuaries don't need to be strained but rather left to develop full body and flavour the longer they sit and are used by the spoonful. 

The herbs brought together in this electuary are amazing for calming the system and easing inflammation while also bringing warmth. Highly decongestant, antioxidant and wonderful for the digestive system. Mix 1tsp honey into hot water, milk or tea, spread on toast or take by the spoonful!

Feeling a little under the weather..very soothing

I add this to a little warm water when I feel like I maybe coming down with something, like a cold or cough and continue to use it until symptoms dissipate, which is usually a couple of days.
I also like to use it along side the White Pine Tincture and the Elderberry Tincture.
This brand is top notch and really works!
