The ‘wok chuan’ is an essential tool in Chinese stir-fry cooking. This shovel-like tool makes cooking and scooping in a hot wok quick, easy, and efficient.

There are metal or plastic options, but bamboo is the preferred material by many. Bamboo is lightweight, cleans up easily, and doesn’t get too hot to handle.

We bought several bamboo items from The Kind Matter Company. The main reason was for our health, there are so many toxins to try and avoid these days, we have been looking at items we use on a daily basis. The bamboo is organic because some bamboo products may use a toxic glue, which cancels out the benefits of using bamboo! That's not the case here! Also, the form and function of the spatula is fantastic. Very happy with this and our other organic bamboo purchases!
