Bird Sanctuary 85% Chocolate Bar

A complex expression of the terroir of cacao, this bar is made with a selection of our single-origin beans to achieve a unique synesthesia of flavours in one bar. This bar elicits tasting notes of wine and fruit and is both dark and bright. We chose maple sugar as an expression of our commitment to the eco-gastronomy of forest garden ingredients and an expression of our land here in Toronto, Canada.
