Muscle Testing + Flower Essences
Let’s dive into the world of muscle testing together and get comfortable trusting your body’s response. We’ll be testing on each other to begin with and then begin testing ourselves using a variety of methods including sway testing, finger muscle testing and pendulums (bring your own if you have one).
What is muscle testing for anyways? When I (Sarah) was a child, my mother used this method on us for food and chemical sensitivities, seeing which elements weakened our system and which strengthened it. We can use this for basic questions of our subconscious as well; seeing what decision might be best, what emotions might be trapped in the body, what herbs or flower essences will best support us.
We’ll be using these simple muscle testing methods on each other and on ourselves to select a specific flower essence and craft our own blends to take home.
